Moultonborough Operations Center - Image Processor

Part time

Working as part of the Information Services team, this position is responsible for day to day processing of time and deadline critical customer and bank transaction files at the Moultonborough Operations Center. Representative job duties may include: image posting and capture, file downloads and transfers, responding to internal customer requests, EOD process start, and system alert monitoring and vendor notification.
The position requires the ability to follow established processes through completion, meeting deadlines and acceptable accuracy levels for responsibilities consistently. Position responsibilities will continue to evolve with bank and industry technology changes, and therefore successful candidates must be comfortable working in changing work environments where needs and priorities may change frequently.

Various computer application and hardware technologies are utilized for completing job duties. Successful candidates must possess a High School diploma or general education (GED); ideally have two to three years recent teller/bank related experience and/or other bank related experience desired; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Accounting transaction knowledge as well as intermediate computer skills and desktop applications experience including MS Word and Excel; visual and manual dexterity to use ten-key with speed and accuracy/good hand eye coordination. The part-time hours for this position will usually be Monday - Friday 8:00am - 1:00pm but some schedule flexibility may be considered.
