Plymouth Hannaford Branch Office - Assistant Head Teller 1

Full Time

MVSB is currently looking for an upbeat customer service oriented individual to become our new Assistant Head Teller I in our Plymouth Hannaford Branch Office. The incumbent will be responsible for assisting with supervision of daily branch operations including teller and customer service staff as directed. Performs duties of teller and CSR, resolves customer service issues and performs branch open/close responsibilities. Saturdays and Sundays are required on a rotating basis.

Excellent Customer service and Interpersonal skills along with strong organizational, verbal and written communication abilities with attention to detail and accuracy. Basic Supervisory skills and team-work environment helpful. Strong working knowledge of computer desktop applications, operating systems and equipment such as scanners, printers. 1 -2 years of recent retail banking experience is required of all successful applicants.
