With financing from Meredith Village Savings Bank, Winnisquam Dental dentists Derek and Kristine Blackwelder recently purchased the property they had been leasing from fellow dentist, Dana Bartlett. The closing on the commercial loan from MVSB took place on June 28.

"Kristine and I are thrilled to be able to purchase the practice property so soon," said Derek Blackwelder. "We looked to MVSB for lending because of our previous experience with them. Everyone there is so friendly and easy to work with."

The Blackwelders moved to the Lakes Region from Colorado in 2007 and are looking forward to further spreading their roots in the Lakes Region – both personally and professionally.

Winnisquam Dental, located at 944 Laconia Road in Winnisquam, is currently accepting new patients.
