As an experienced Loan Originator, Nanci Coughlin has access to a wide range of programs and competitive rates. She knows the market, the neighborhoods, and she will work hard to get to know you so she can meet your needs.
Nanci is not based in any one office of the bank. Instead, she travels throughout the Lakes Region to assist customers with mortgages, construction loans, and equity loans. She can meet with customers at a location and time that is convenient for the customer’s schedule – even on evenings and weekends.
Born and raised in Massachusetts, Nanci moved to Londonderry, NH in 1979, was there seven years then moved to the Lakes Region in 1986. With over 20 years of experience, Nanci started at the Indian Head Bank in Hudson, NH and also gained experience with Citizens Bank in Manchester and Gilford and Farmington Bank in Alton. While Nanci has been working as a Loan Originator since 2001, she also has experience as both a teller and customer service representative.
Nanci has been with Meredith Village Savings Bank since 2000, and has lived in the Lakes Region in Alton for twenty-four years. An active volunteer, Nanci enjoys working with the Humane Society.
