Guide to Using eStatements

Using eStatements is both convenient and easy. The pictures and instructions below are designed to help with the most common features.

Enroll in eStatements

  1. Log In to NetBanking
  2. Select Options from the main menu bar
  3. Select eStatements from the options menu bar
  4. Verify that the email address in the system is the one you wish to have your eStatements sent to. It will be listed in black under the green text reading “Before selecting an account for electronic statement delivery, please verify your email address” If this is NOT the email address you wish to use, please click on the “Personal” listing under “Options” to change your email address. Please note that any spam filters that you – or your internet service provider – places on your email may block receipt of your eStatements, as well as the confirmation email at the end of the registration process. Please be sure that eStatements@mvsb.com is added as a trusted “from” address list in your email system.
  5. Select the accounts you wish to enroll in eStatements by clicking the box in the “Enable eStatements” column next to those accounts.
  6. Select the format you’d like to view your statements in. Options are .pdf (requires adobe acrobat reader), html (like a web page) or .txt (text only)
  7. Read the eStatements disclosure. If you agree with the terms, select “I Agree”. If you do not agree select “I Do Not Agree”. You may also opt to print the terms for future reference. Please note that if you select “I Do Not Agree”, you will not be able to continue to enroll.
  8. Once you’ve accepted the terms, you will be returned to the previous “eStatements Options” screen. The screen will have changed slightly in that there will now be a message indicating that you have successfully requested electronic statement delivery, followed by the account(s) that you selected.
  9. Within a few minutes, a confirmation will be sent to the email address you previously confirmed. Follow the instructions contained within the email to complete your enrollment in eStatements.
  10. After completing the instructions in the confirmation email and logging in to NetBanking, you will arrive at the eStatements confirmation page. Notice the message that indicates your account(s) will now be delivered electronically.

View Your Statement(s)

  1. When your statements are available, you will be sent an email notice at the email address you confirmed during the enrollment process.
  2. Login to NetBanking
  3. Select Statements from the drop-down menu to the right of the account, or click the Statements tab on the menu bar. electronically.
    Note that three months of statement history are available and that you will have the option of viewing or downloading your information.
