NetBanking Apply Online Instructions

Thank you for your interest in applying for MVSB Online Banking services.

To complete your application, please follow the instructions below.

  1. Download the application form by clicking on the link in the related links on the bottom right of this page that reads “Online Banking Application”
  2. Fill in the blanks on the form. You’ll need your account numbers – and an optional name for each account. When you log in to NetBanking, you’ll note that the optional name is what you’ll see, not your account number. This is to further protect your information.
  3. Print the form and sign it.
  4. Keep a copy for your records.
  5. Fax, mail or bring the completed application to the office that is most convenient for you.

Once we receive your complete and signed application, MVSB will set up your account. If you bring the application to an MVSB office during business hours, you will be given your NetBanking ID and Password during that visit. If you mail or fax your application, this information will be sent to you via US mail. If you do not receive it within 10 business days of sending the information, please contact us.
