    Rate
    • 2.99% APR for the first three months.
    • Prime Rate APR after the first three months with a floor of 5.00% APR. The current Prime Rate is 3.25%. Prime Subject to change
    • APR may be increased after consumation


    Closing Costs
    • Estimated surcharge LCHIP Fee in the amount of $25.00 per recorded document and Estimated Courier Fees of $20 per transaction may be charged if applicable.
    • For loan amounts above $100,000, you may be required to pay for either a limited appraisal in the amount of $200 or a full appraisal in the amount of $350.

    • At maturity, a balloon payment will be due in the amount of any unpaid principal balance plus accrued interest.
