For the convenience of our customers, we’ve added great new features to our online NetBanking and NetPay pages.
First, you will now be able to customize how your NetBanking and/or NetPay information is displayed with the new My NetBanking and Payment Center! These new pages have customizable icons to enable you to see the information you need on a single page.
Prefer the old look? You can still use the previous NetBanking and NetPay formats if you would like. See the attached photo for an overview of what your customized My NetBanking and Payment Center page could look like. You can add and remove items and change the display order to suit your preferences. Once your page is customized, you can view what’s most important to you on one page. In addition, you will now have the option of placing a stop payment on a check or series of checks through NetBanking – so you can put a stop on a check even when our offices are closed. Simply select ‘stop payment’ from the drop-down menu on the Option tab of the Main Menu bar. The next three steps are easy: read the disclosure; enter the necessary information and click! Now you have the option of putting a stop payment on a check as soon as you notice it’s lost or missing – even if the bank is closed for the day. Before placing a stop payment, you should first review your account history to confirm that the check has not yet been presented for payment. There is a $35.00 stop payment fee for each stop payment placed. The stop payment will remain in effect for 6 months and will not require written confirmation.
