As a Business Development Officer at MVSB, Ariana Roy is dedicated to helping local businesses grow and thrive by connecting them with the right banking solutions and expert guidance. That same commitment drives her volunteer work, where she supports organizations that strengthen our communities and create opportunities for local people and businesses.
Ariana serves as a Board Affiliate with the Central New Hampshire Chamber of Commerce (CNHCC) and is an active member of its Program Committee. Through this work, she enjoys helping to plan events and initiatives that bring local businesses together, encourage collaboration, and celebrate the unique character of communities throughout the region.

“Being a part of the CNHCC has been such a great way to connect with local business owners, learn more about the Plymouth area, and be part of a team that’s always finding creative and meaningful ways for businesses to collaborate and bring the community together,” said Ariana.
The Central New Hampshire Chamber of Commerce (CNHCC) is a nonprofit organization representing five regions and 23 towns across the heart of the state — Baker Valley, Pemi/Waterville Valley, Squam Lake, Plymouth, and Newfound. The Chamber works to promote economic vitality, support local businesses, and showcase the area’s unique blend of natural beauty, recreation, and community spirit.

Ariana also serves as Board Trustee for the Capital Region Food Program, an organization that helps reduce hunger in the Greater Concord Area through the organization’s Year-Round Distribution Project. The program provides monthly supplemental food supplies to about 30 food pantries and social service agencies — helping to supply roughly 5,000 meals each month to families in need.
“Volunteering with the Capital Region Food Program is such a rewarding experience,” said Ariana. “It’s amazing to see how many people and organizations come together each month to make sure families in our community have access to the food they need. There’s a real sense of teamwork and purpose in everything we do.”
In addition to these formal volunteer roles, Ariana is always eager to lend a hand when support is needed at local events and initiatives. She proudly supports organizations like the Boys & Girls Club of Central New Hampshire, Hands Across the Table, and Girls on the Run.

Ariana joined MVSB in August of 2024, previously serving as Branch & Business Development Manager in Concord for Merrimack County Savings Bank, MVSB’s sister bank. In her role as Business Development Officer, she serves business and nonprofit customers in the Lakes Region, Foothills of the White Mountains and the Mount Washington Valley.
Living in Gilford on Lake Winnipesaukee, Ariana keeps family at the heart of everything she does. She takes pride in watching her children follow their dreams and looks forward to welcoming her first grandchild. When she’s not spending time with loved ones, she enjoys the natural beauty of New Hampshire year-round — from boating on the lake in summer to ice fishing and hiking when the seasons change.
