MVSB has donated $2,000 to support the Pemi Youth Center in Plymouth. The Center provides free after‑school and school vacation programming for youth ages 9 to 17 – offering a safe and welcoming environment focused on building confidence, encouraging collaboration, and supporting personal growth among local youth.
“Our programs are designed to give young people a place where they feel included, and encouraged to explore their strengths,” said Abby Olds, Executive Director of the Pemi Youth Center. “Community support like this helps us maintain the staff positions that are essential to creating a consistent and positive experience for the youth and families we serve.”
“MVSB has a long history of supporting the Pemi Youth Center and recognizes the important role it plays in the Plymouth community,” said Martha Clifford, MVSB Branch & Business Development Manager. “We are proud to invest in an organization that provides a reliable, no‑cost resource for local youth that provides meaningful support to families year-round.”
The donation will help support staffing needs at the Pemi Youth Center, allowing the organization to continue offering high‑quality programming. The Pemi Youth Center supports, encourages, and empowers youth to believe in their unique abilities, work together to make a positive impact, and pursue their goals.
