MVSB is pleased to announce the promotion of Jami Bourdeau to Assistant Vice President, Branch and Business Development Manager for the Bank’s Wolfeboro and Melvin Village offices.
“Jami’s leadership, consistency, and commitment to both her team and the community make this promotion especially well deserved,” said Cathy Sleeper, Regional Vice President. “She has built strong, lasting relationships with customers and colleagues, and she leads with a thoughtful, steady approach that reflects our values. We are proud to recognize her continued growth and contributions.”
“MVSB has been an incredible place to build my career over the past 20 years, and I am grateful for the support of my teammates and the communities we serve,” said Bourdeau. “I take great pride in the relationships we build with our customers each day and in supporting such a dedicated team. I look forward to continuing this work in my new role.”
Bourdeau joined MVSB in 2006 and has held a variety of roles throughout her career at the Wolfeboro office. She was promoted to Branch and Business Development Manager in 2022 and continues to lead the team while supporting service in Melvin Village. Bourdeau is also celebrating her 20th anniversary with the Bank this year.
Bourdeau is currently enrolled in the NH Bankers Leadership Foundations Certificate Program and is a graduate of Leadership Lakes Region. She volunteers with a variety of local organizations, including serving on the board of directors for Wolfeboro Area Chamber of Commerce, Wentworth Economic Development Corporation, and Makers Mill. She enjoys spending time in the community attending events and supporting local businesses.
