Eric Petell, MVSB Mortgage Loan Officer NMLS# 696445, has been named the 2026 Affiliate of the Year by the Lakes Region Board of Realtors. This peer-selected award recognizes an affiliate member who exemplifies commitment, collaboration, and consistent support of the organization and its members.
Nominated and chosen by those who work alongside him, the recognition reflects the respect Eric has earned across the association and the broader community. Colleagues cited his active involvement and support, and his dependable presence as key reasons for his nomination. Whether attending events, volunteering, or contributing to daily initiatives, Eric is known for showing up and stepping in wherever needed.

Eric’s commitment to the Lakes Region extends beyond his professional role. In addition to his involvement with the Board of Realtors, he also regularly volunteers with Hands Across the Table and serves as Club Secretary for the Rotary Club of Meredith. Through his service and partnership, he helps advance the Affiliate Committee’s mission to foster collaboration, encourage engagement, and strengthen connections across the region.
