39 Local Nonprofit Organizations Receive Needed Grants from MVSB Fund
The MVSB (Meredith Village Savings Bank) Fund at the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation has awarded $124,500 in grant funding to 39 local nonprofit organizations. This includes $108,500 donated to 23 local agencies and $16,000 to 16 area food pantries. Four Paws Adds Second Doggie Daycare Location in Albany
The Four Paws Inn in Meredith has opened a second location in Albany called Albany Four Paws Inn with financing from MVSB (Meredith Village Savings Bank). The new location is convenient to the Mount Washington Valley and offers year-round doggie daycare, including all-day, cage-free playtime as well as overnight boarding and grooming services. In 2013, Cristy Martel opened The Four Paws Inn at 200 Parade Road in Meredith. Construction of Warner House Association’s Replica Carriage House Underway with Support from MVSB
We recently purchased $17,500 in tax credits through the Community Development Authority (CDFA) to support the Warner House Association’s Carriage House Project. The project is aimed to construct a replica of the 18th Century Carriage House in downtown Portsmouth, which was demolished in the 1960s. The Carriage House will feature a meeting room, rotating exhibits, staging area for outdoor events and an archaeology collection. MVSB Celebrates 10th Anniversary of Meredith Sculpture Walk with $10,000 Donation
We are proud to support the Meredith Sculpture Walk with a $10,000 donation to celebrate its 10th anniversary. This year’s sculpture walk will feature more than 30 artist creations placed throughout downtown Meredith.
