Lights, Camera, Save! is a national contest created by the American Bankers Association (ABA) Foundation, designed to inspire teens to share important finance lessons with their peers. MVSB is proud to participate in this contest, giving our community’s young people a chance to shine!

Here's What You Need to Know:

Who: Open to all students ages 13-18
What: Create a 30-second video about personal finance subjects
When: Contest begins at 12:00:00 am Eastern Time on October 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on November 30, 2025.
Why: To educate others and potentially win big!

ABA National

Grand Prize: $10,000

Second Place: $5,000

Ready to Roll?

  1. Review the official contest rules from MVSB and the ABA
  2. Make an original video and post it to YouTube
  3. Send a link to your video on YouTube, along with the official Submission Packet from the ABA (American Bankers Association) to mvsbmarketing@mvsb.com between 12:00:00 am Eastern Time on October 1, 2025 – 11:59:59 pm ET on November 30, 2025.
  4. MVSB staff and board members will choose three (3) local winners and will give out a cash prize of $500 to 1st place, $250 to 2nd place, and $100 to 3rd place.
  5. MVSB's first place winner will then go on to be entered into the ABA's National Lights, Camera, Save! Contest. This second round will be conducted on the ABA's Instagram page through a voting process. This round will start January 13, 2026.

We'll select our local winner to represent MVSB in the national competition. Who knows? Your video could be the next big hit in financial education!
