The Trail currently known as Hawkins Brook Trail will soon become the Samuel Laverack Nature Trail. Meredith Village Savings Bank (MVSB) and Merrimack County Savings Bank (the Merrimack) recently contributed to the Meredith Village Pathways in honor of Sam Laverack, who retires as President and CEO of New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp (NHMB) on June 30, 2018. Sam Laverack to Retire as NHMB President and CEO, after 42 Years
Sam Laverack, President and CEO of New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp (NHMB) is retiring on June 30, 2018, after 42 years with the organization. Gregg Tewksbury, President and CEO of Savings Bank of Walpole (SBW), has been selected to succeed Laverack as President and CEO of NHMB. Laverack’s banking career began in 1976 as the Branch Manager of Meredith Village Savings Bank’s (MVSB) Moultonborough office. New Beneficial Owner Requirements for Some Businesses – Beginning May 11
Beginning May 11, 2018, new federal regulation under the Bank Secrecy Act will require all financial institutions to identify and verify the identity of the Beneficial Owners of certain business customers, subject to exclusions, each time a new account is opened. In order to comply, MVSB will collect this information from covered legal entities on a Beneficial Ownership Certification Form before an account is opened.
