On July 16th, please update your MVSB mobile banking app so you can see the following changes when you log in:Your available balance will show more prominently than your current balance. This should make it easier to identify what is currently available for use to you. If you accidentally lock yourself out while using your mobile app, you’ll get a clear alert on screen letting you know, and you’ll be able to unlock yourself! New Endorsement Requirements for Mobile Deposits
Beginning August 3, 2018, all checks deposited using Mobile Deposit will be required to bear the endorsement “For Mobile Deposit Only to MVSB” in addition to your signature. Please be sure to include this updated statement above your signature on all checks deposited using the MVSB Mobile App. The Mobile Deposit User Agreement has been updated to reflect this change. Instant Issue Debit Cards Now Available
We’re excited to now offer instant issue debit cards! Open a checking account at MVSB and you can leave the office the same day with debit card access to your new account. If your debit card is lost, stolen, or damaged, simply stop by your closest office and we’ll issue you a replacement on the spot. Instant issue debit cards are available at all MVSB offices with the exception of our micro-branch office in Melvin Village. To learn more, please contact us in the manner most convenient for you.
Responsive Online Banking User Interface – Coming February 21
We’ll be updating online banking with a refreshed, screen-responsive design on Wednesday, February 21. For optimal viewing, each page will now automatically adjust to your computer or mobile device screen size. There will be no changes to the menu options and you’ll find all the same widgets and services on the home page.
